At Zolvy, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.
We currently ship across India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays. This may affect your estimated delivery date.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Zolvy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In case your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zolvy.in within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and a photo of the damaged item. We will resolve it promptly.
