Refund policy

At Zolvy, we offer a 7-day return and replacement policy on eligible products.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and the return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Certain products such as personal use items may not be eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your registered account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or defective.
